Happy Birthday Aunt Cynthia

See my tiny fork?
Align Center

I used it to eat the icing off of MeMe's (and Elton's - that would be Elton John's - my Daddy is crazy) birthday cake.

None for you, MeMe. Sorry!

Not just anyone would let you eat their icing. I tasted each flower and a little scrape off the top too.

YUM! Thank you for sharing your icing MeMe. Hope you have a happy day. I love you lots!

Happy Birthday Aunt Lori

LaLa, Mommy and I are making your favorite cake to celebrate! See you soon! I love you.

I'm stirring these bananas just for you.

By the way, Mommy said I could have just one cookie . . . but I outsmarted her. Look, I have TWO! Ha!

Peabody Ducks

Mommy is on spring break this week. We decided to spend a few days in Memphis! We went to see the Peabody Ducks on Saturday.
Here is the Duck Master rolling out the red carpet.

I am watching the elevator number and waiting patiently for the ducks to come down from the roof.

There they are! Wow!

These ducks really are celebrities!

Does it look like my Daddy is wearing a crazy hat? You have to use your imagination a little.

Mommy and I posed with the Duck Master.

That was fun "guys" (this is my new word).

Cinderella!

On Saturday I went to see the ballet, Cinderella! Before the ballet, my friend, Caroline, had a princess party! Caroline's Mommy knows how to throw a party! There was even a red carpet!

Miss Katie made crown and heart-shaped peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. They were so cute! The table centerpiece was a glass slipper. There was a princess throne and a princess castle. Miss Katie thought of everything!

There were also chocolate dipped pretzels. I worried Mommy to death until this was gone. Mommy was so scared I would get the chocolate on my dress. I didn't though (probably because she stood behind me with a napkin wiping my hands and mouth with every bite until I was distracted by a cookie and she took the pretzel away).

Here I am with Princess Campbell, Princess Lily, and Princess Caroline.

And here I am with all of the princesses! Princess Briley was not happy.

After the princess party, we went to the Dixie to see the ballet. We wore our princess dresses and looked beautiful. I have my ticket and I can't wait!

Here we are making a plan . . . I didn't share the plan with Mommy.

After the ballet there was a ball! I got to meet the dancers and have cake and punch. This is Cinderella's Fairy Godmother and another fairy!

This is Cinderella and the Prince!

And my favorite . . . .the ugly stepsisters!

Then I enjoyed my cake and punch!

This was a very fun evening!

Princess In-Training

I have a very exciting upcoming event . . . you will have to check my blog after Saturday to see what . . . but I will give you a hint . . . it involves princesses! Mommy got me this Cinderella dress to wear.

I'm not too sure about it.

It's ITCHY and I want to take it off!!!!! Miss Katie warned Mommy about this!

Mommy had an idea . . .

. . . MUCH better! Do princesses wear turtlenecks? This one does!

Mommy's friend Becky let me borrow her Cinderella movie so I could learn about just who this Cinderella person is.

Ok, Mommy, enough pictures!

Goodnight Moon

Goodnight Moon is one of my favorite bed time stories. I think Mommy has read it at least 100 times - this month. Caroline and I went to a puppet show of Goodnight Moon and The Runaway Bunny at "The Dixie" in Huntingdon. We loved it!
I got to ride in Caroline's car!

We got our tickets . . .

. . . and gave them to the lady.

Then we found our seats.

After the show, we stopped by McDonalds. Caroline has chicken McNugget eating skills!!!!! By the way . . . . see that balloon? I really didn't like it all all. Caroline's Mommy asked her to keep it away from me. Caroline didn't listen to her Mommy. Miss Katie took the balloon and put it in the back where Caroline couldn't even see it. Caroline then proceeded to (as Miss Katie puts it) loose her mind.

She cried . . . I cried because she cried.

She cried so hard that she went to sleep!

She cried so hard that I went to sleep!

We had a great time despite the balloon incident!
