Yogurt

Yogurt is my most favorite food - besides raisins and bananas. Mommy feeds me yogurt almost every day. As soon as she takes it out of the refrigerator, that baby on the package waves at me. Of course I always say "Hi" and wave back. I talk to the baby on the package the whole time I eat my yogurt. I am so sad when the yogurt is gone. When Mommy tells me it's all gone I just have to check for myself. She's always right!

The Mitten

Mommy's friend, Ms. Cassie, sent me some hand-me-downs. I got shoes, clothes, and MITTENS!!!!! I LOVE my new mittens. They are fuzzy and black and they make me smile! Oh, and they help me stand up and walk too! Be sure to watch the video after my pictures!

15 Months

Sooooo . . . I am still not sitting still for my monthly pictures! I don't have time to sit still! I went to the doctor today for my 15-month checkup. I weigh 22.3 pounds (40th percentile) and I am 29 inches tall (10th percentile). I am still not walking. I think I could if I wanted to . . . I just don't want to! I have been having fun lately reading books, chasing Peaches, and playing at the park. Mommy decided to go back to work part time. She is now a Reading Specialist at Harrelson School in Puryear. She works every day from 10:45 - 2:15. I don't mind. I get to play with Daddy. He feeds me lunch, plays with me, and gives me a nap. When I wake up, we play a little longer, and then Mommy is home. I am such a lucky girl to have Mommy and Daddy time!

You know . . . I had decided that I was not going to walk. Crawling is easier and MUCH faster. But Mommy and Daddy made it so much fun that I accidentally tried it. Guess what? I really like it!

Boo-Boo

I got a teeny tiny boo-boo on my head. Can you see it? It's my first one. Mommy said I will probably have lots more. I was playing by the door at the Baby Club when someone opened it. It bumped me right on the head. I only cried for a minute - probably even less than the lady who bumped me! She was verrrrrrry sorry!

13 Months (and almost two weeks)

Swinging

Mommy and Daddy have been taking me to the park to swing. I love it! Swinging is so much fun! Ms. Sharon brings Amelia to swing with me! That makes it even more fun. Amelia is so brave! Sometimes she lets go of the swing to clap or wave at her Daddy when he plays tennis. I like to hold on though! I let go long enough to clap my hands two times, then I quickly grab the swing again (it's just a little scary). I can't wait until tomorrow when I get to go again!

Sparks!

Sorry I haven't posted any new pictures or videos for the last few days. The power cord to the laptop has a short and was shooting sparks!!! Daddy ordered a new power cord. It will be here soon. I will post new pictures and videos when it gets here! I have been busy playing with my friends at the Busy Baby Club at church. We have been having so much fun! I also have been playing with Mommy and Daddy. Daddy is finally getting some work done during the day now that Mommy is at home with me! Mommy is not going back to work this school year. I am so happy! I am the luckiest baby to have my Mommy AND my Daddy at home. Have a happy day . . . I will post pictures and videos soon, I promise!
