Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween! I am Cinderella and I am going Trick-or-Treating!

I wore my fancy Cinderella slippers (Mommy carried my tennis shoes just in case).


Guess what? Just down the hill I asked for my tennis shoes! Slippers are tough to Trick-or-Treat in! I know just how Cinderella felt when she lost hers! I lost mine about 12 times just walking down the hill.


NOW! I am READY for this Trick-or-Treat business Mommy has been telling me about! I was so surprised at our first stop. I rang the doorbell and Mr. Lovett came and opened his front door. I said "Trick or Treat!" and guess what he did?? He put candy in my basket! This is Trick-or-Treating?! WOW! (I did look at Mommy and gasp and say "He put candy in my basket!" She just laughed!)


These are my jack-o-lanterns. I asked Mommy for a kitty cat and a puppy dog . . . and here they are!



There are no pictures of me helping Mommy carve the pumpkins because I didn't help her! I reached my hand in that sticky gooey pumpkin one time and said "ewwwwwww." That was enough pumpkin carving for me! Happy Halloween!

Puzzle Blanket

Tonight while I was putting together my puzzle, I started getting tired. I laid down on the floor and asked Mommy to cover me up . . . with my puzzle - HA!

Rainforest Cafe

We visited the Rainforest Cafe at OpryMills Mall.


I am not a fan.
I did not like the gorilla across from my table shaking the trees,


or the elephant trumpeting loudly,


or the indoor thunderstorms. Really, indoor thunderstorms! Mommy should know me better than that!

Fall Pictures

On the way out of Wal-Mart the other day, the photographer at the Picture Me Studio handed Mommy a coupon for 30 portraits for $7.99. Mommy thought, "$7.99, why not?" The Picture Me studio did an amazing job! Much better than Mommy expected! Needless to say, she spent more than $7.99! If you would like to see my proofs, click here. Climbing

I'm not much of a climber, so maybe that's why Mommy laughed so hard when she walked down the hall and found this.

She says it's a lot funnier without the censor box, but you know Daddy ;)

Jackson Swing Orchestra

The Jackson Swing Orchestra came to town last week. Mommy and Papa and Nana took me to see them.

Show and Tell

Last week at preschool, I had to take something green to Show and Tell. Mommy and I had picked a car. But when we went to the park, I found this!

It had green wings and green legs and green eyes. I decided it would make a great Show and Tell! My teacher loved it!

Hide and Seek

I spent the night with my great-grandmother, Mama Flo, Friday night. She played Hide and Seek with me. We hid from Mommy and Nana. This was Mommy's favorite spot.

We hid under the pool table.

And under the scrapbooking table.

I had so much fun hiding with my Mama Flo. She always plays fun games with me!

First Field Trip

My first field trip was to ride the school bus around the parking lot! A dream come true!

Swingset

Inside these boxes is my new swing set!


When Daddy opened the boxes I was very disappointed to see this.



I thought we would open the boxes and it would be ready to play on. I didn't know it would have to be assembled. I tried swinging on this, but it just didn't work.


Daddy was hot and needed a drink!


After 3 trips to Lowe's with Mommy to find the right drill bit, and after all of Daddy's hard work, this is as much of my swingset that is put together. Daddy decided we are missing a box of hardware! More swingset posts to come!

Swimming

I went swimming at Caroline's in JULY and Mommy is just now blogging about it! Mommy is sorry about the delay and she thinks these pictures are too cute not to share!
Amelia came to Caroline's house to swim too. We wore our duck floaties.
