My New Sound

I have discovered that I can make the most interesting sound. Once I start, I just can't stop. I do it while I am rolling over, while I am trying to crawl, while I am eating peas, and even when I fuss. It feels too good on my lips to stop! Just listen . . .

Hooray!

Mommy took me to the doctor today just to get weighed and guess what? I am FINALLY on the growth curve! Hooray! I am growing every day. I now weigh 13 pounds and 2 ounces. I am 23 and 1/2 inches long! Tomorrow, on my 5 month birthday, I am going to my Mama Kaye's for Thanksgiving dinner. I get to spend the night there! I know I will have so much fun visiting with everyone! On Thursday, I will get to visit with my family in Paris! Then on Friday there is more company coming. I can't wait! I'll make Mommy and Daddy take lots of pictures so I can share them with you.

Mommy and I played the most fun game this morning!

Silly Me

Mommy says I have been a little more fussy than usual. She told my Mama Kaye and my Grand-mother. They all wonder if I am trying to get a tooth. Mommy tried to look in my mouth. Every time she opened my mouth I stuck my tongue out so that she couldn't see in! Pretty silly, huh? Mommy never saw a tooth. She also tried feeling around inside my mouth (I made her wash her hands before she did that), but she didn't feel anything either. By the way, what is a tooth anyway?

Ewwww Carrots

Green Beans

Today Mommy fed me green beans with my cereal. I really liked them. I got them everywhere. Does that surprise you? They even got into my nose! After I ate, Mommy and Daddy took me to my room to clean me up. Mommy washed my face. She told me she had to get those green beans out of my nose. When she washed my nose I just laughed and laughed. It tickled!!

New Outfit

Mommy's Aunt Judy sent me some new outfits. Do you like my hat?

More Halloween Fun

I had a great time today! My Aunt Cynthia came for a visit. She and Mommy and I went to Mommy's work. I wore my duck costume. All of Mommy's teacher friends thought I was soooooo cute. Her students liked me too! When we got home Daddy carved our pumpkin and made the cutest jack-o-lantern that you ever did see. Then my Aunt Lori and Jason brought little Braden over to trick-or-treat. He was dressed as a tiger. He was so cute! Mommy fed him M&Ms! What fun!

Visit

My granddaddy came to see me! He brought Mommy and Daddy lunch. Wasn't that nice? He held me, and talked to me, and put me to sleep. He even put my socks back on my feet! I hope he comes back soon. I like to visit with him!

I like eating cereal! It is very messy but yummy! I needed a bath after I ate the first time. Mommy did too!

Silly Charlie

Aunt Lori and I were having the best time visiting. We were minding our own business, and then jealous Charlie dog jumped up into the recliner with us. I think he was happy to be close to us. See him smiling?

I'm Growing

What a good nap! I have done a lot of napping today after my shots. Mommy says it is because of my Tylenol. I love it! It is grape flavored and so sweet and yummy. I was so brave when I got my shots that I hardly cried at all. I now weigh 11 pounds and 13 ounces. I am 22.5 inches long. Daddy told me that I am already 1/3 of Mommy's height! I am still not on that silly growth curve yet! Maybe at my 6 month check-up I will be. My doctor is not worried. She says I will catch up. I am eating well! Dr. Debi says Mommy and Daddy can feed me rice cereal now. And I can eat vegetables and fruits too! Mommy bought some green beans at the store for me to try next week. I can hardly wait! I am sure Daddy will take pictures of me eating. I will share them with you soon. Thanks for visiting my blog!

Hello

Just wanted to say hello! I will be 4 months old on Sunday and I have my 4 month check-up on Monday. I'll let you know what Dr. Debi says!

My Party in Ripley

My Aunt Cynthia and Uncle Phillip had a party for me Sunday. All of Daddy's family and friends from Ripley came. I was glad to meet them!
