Chase Game
I love to chase my Papa and for my Papa to chase me! I had a fun time playing the chase game at Mama Flo's while we were all there for Thanksgiving. It was my turn to chase Papa, but watch what happened . . .
and please note the laughter of my audience . . .
I love my cousins!
And my Papa!

Star of the Week
This week at school was very special! It was my Star Week at school. I got to bring Isaac the Monkey home.
Mommy picked some pictures of my family to take. Here are my friends, Aden and Carter, standing next to my poster.
I got to tell my friends about my favorite color (purple), my favorite foods (macaroni and cheese, cheese, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, M&Ms), my favorite things to do (play Hide and Seek, play in the leaves, play on the computer, and paint), my favorite movie (Wow, Wow Wubbzy - Wubbzy Goes to School), and how Isaac and I spend our weekend together. I also got to share my favorite book (A Mouse About the House) and toy (small Gund stuffed animals - Pinkie pig, Tabitha cat, Stiggy zebra, Roberta hippo, Fifi dog) with my class.
Miss Connie gave me my Star Crown to wear!
I got to sit in Miss Angie's lap.
I also got to bring a Star Snack for my friends. I picked Cheetos, cupcakes, and grape Capri Suns. I really had a hard time choosing between cupcakes or donuts. I was so happy that Miss Nancy brought a special snack of donuts to celebrate Miss Connie's birthday! By the way . . . Miss Connie said I don't always sit with the boys, it was just a coincidence today!
I also got to lead my friends in the blessing before snack.
As Star of the Week, I also got to bring a Star Guest to entertain my friends. I picked my Mommy and Daddy. They decided to do a puppet show for me and my friends (this video is kind of long . . . about 8 minutes).

Happy Halloween, Pardner!
Just to clarify . . . I am a girl cowBOY. Not a cowgirl. Got it?
Boots, chaps and cowboy hats…. nothing else matters.Well, except maybe a pink flower glow-stick and a red wagon too (Mommy and Nana pulled me this year).
I visited several houses in my neighborhood. Before saying trick-or-treat, my question to the person with the candy bowl was . . . "Do you have a puppy or a kitty?" Followed by . . . "What is his name?" And then the question that really made Mommy cringe . . . "Can I come in your house and see him/her?" I only asked to go in a couple of times, because Mommy explained to me that asking yourself in someone else's house is not nice manners. I just could not refrain from asking if the person with the candy bowl had a pet, and the name of the pet though! I met lots of puppies and kitties in my neighborhood this Halloween . . . oh, and I got lots of candy too! Happy Halloween!

Mr. Ricky's Sorghum Mill
I got to visit another farm! Mr. Ricky is a bus driver at my other preschool. He has a sorghum mill on his farm. Here we are on the way to the bus!
Riding the bus is very exciting! Please note that I am wearing my seatbelt. Daddy was very happy about this!
When we got to Mr. Ricky's farm, his wife had a picnic lunch ready for us.
Here is my friend Conner telling me how delicious hot dogs taste. This is the one and only bite of hot dog I have ever eaten.
Ummmm . . . yum. . .
Please notice, all of my friends have finished and I am still eating. This happens to me all the time.
I didn't eat the hot dog, but the ketchup and bun were good!
This is a sorghum cane. The top is filled with seeds.
The seeds are planed in a field and the crop grows and looks like this.
Mr. Ricky cut down the stalks and cut off the leaves.
Next, he squeezed the juice out with this contraption.
See the juice going into the bucket?
This is the sorghum juice before it is cooked.
A closer look.
Mr.Ricky let us taste the green juice. It was sweet,
When Mr. Ricky was a boy, he did not have money for a jump rope. He and his brothers used the cane that had been through the press for a jump rope.
Next the juice goes into a vat. Mr. Ricky scoops out all the gunk that doesn't belong with this scoop. Next the juice is heated.
Then it changes to sorghum syrup and he pours it into containers like this.
We got to try the sorghum. I did not like the way it tasted! Mr. Ricky's wife made sorghum cookies and muffins. They were delicious! We also got to try vanilla ice cream with sorghum syrup. By the way, this is my sweet friend, Tyler, who brought me flowers at the beginning of the school year.
After our trip to Mr. Ricky's farm, we stopped at the park to play.

Holt Farm
The children of my church got to visit Holt Farm on Fall Break. I got to ride the bus with Caitlyn (Macey's big sister)! There was not room for Mommy on the bus so she followed in the car. Miss Kathy (our children's leader) was so nice to let me ride the bus. I cried and cried when I thought I had to ride in the car with Mommy. I still have my tissue in my hand
Amelia and me
Mr. Andy Holt taught us about plants.
And animals!
We went on a hayride to a pumpkin patch. But first, we stopped at a corn maze.
It was lots of fun!
We could be sisters.
At the pumpkin patch, when you find your pumpkin, you are supposed to raise your hand.
Mr. Andy picked my pumpkin off the vine. It's perfect!
Audrey made a corn angel (instead of a snow angel) in the corn pit.
Before time to go, I rode this train. That's right. . . train. Mommy tried to tell me it was a horse but I think she was a little confused.
